Biography

Zofia Neugebauer is an inspiring voice in the world of classical flute. Combining a deeply lyrical sound with a fresh and innovative artistic vision, she captivates audiences across the globe—as a soloist, chamber musician, and principal flutist.

Highlights of the 2025/2026 season include a solo tour with the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin, her returning to Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava as well as her highly anticipated debut at the Vienna Musikverein with the Pannon Philharmonic, performing Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp.

Debut Album

With Il Vento Non Scritto, flutist Zofia Neugebauer presents her debut album on Berlin Classics. The recording centres on two concertos by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and cadenzas written by Neugebauer herself. She is joined by the Folkwang Kammerorchester Essen under the direction of Johannes Klumpp. The release is on april 10.
