Biography
Zofia Neugebauer is an internationally acclaimed flutist celebrated for her lyrical tone. A graduate of the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic, she was mentored by Emmanuel Pahud and Mathieu Dufour and studied in Basel with Felix Renggli.
She has performed as a soloist and principal flutist with ensembles such as the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin, the Basel Symphony Orchestra, the Cavatina Philharmonic, the Gürzenich-Orchester Köln, and Camerata Zurich, and is principal flute of the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra. Her debut album, featuring Mozart’s flute concertos, will be released in 2026.
Highlights of the season include a solo tour with the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin, her debut in Hungary with the Pannon Philharmonic, and her debut at the Vienna Musikverein.
